About the CWCThe Carolina Welsh Club was started by pony enthusiasts who realized the growing need for WPCSA sanctioned Welsh Pony shows in the Carolinas. All interested Welsh pony people are welcome to join and we enjoy a diverse group of members.

ShowsOur shows are open to all exhibitors and feature licensed WPCSA and Open show judges. Sanctioned Welsh classes, and occasionally Mountain and Moorland classes, are offered. The Carolina Welsh Club shows have attracted exhibitors from all over the country and we look forward to a great 2018 show season!

Members of the Carolina Welsh Club enjoy point tracking for our shows throughout the show season and an annual banquet featuring great year end awards! Becoming a member also entitles you to free classified and breeder/farm listings on our website. All members receive advance notice of upcoming shows and events through our newsletter. Sponsorship opportunities are available for show divisions and classes which is a great way to get your farm or business name recognized by other pony enthusiasts. Membership is reasonably priced and there are several tiers to choose from. All membership dues go directly to the club, enabling us to continue to host our shows and awards.
